Simply season/marinate your meat or vegetables of choice with the Mild flavoured sauce. Cook the meat or vegetables as normal. Once cooked, split your meat or vegetables in to Mild lovers and those who want a little kick to their food. Add the Mild sauce as a finishing sauce or dipping sauce to the Mild share of the food and add the Medium sauce to the food for the medium heat seekers. Who said spice lovers and spice shy can't eat together without having to cook separately.

Hot:

Water, Honey, Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice, Gluten Free Soy Sauce (SOYABEANS), Apple Cider Vinegar, Herbs & Spices, Onion, Spring Onion, Scotch Bonnet Chillies & Dijon Mustard (MUSTARD).

How to use:

  • Marinade: Coat meat, fish or veg and leave for as little as 20 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
  • Cooking sauce: Stir in during cooking for bold, built-in flavour.
  • Finishing sauce: Drizzle over your finished dish for an extra hit.
  • Dipping sauce: Serve on the side for chips, wings, fritters or anything that needs a dunk.
